Friend Day is Sunday, May 20th! Pastor Ballard's friend, Nick Greco, will be his special guest. Nick , a 72 year old marathon runner, was chosen by the International Olympic Committee to run the olympic torch through Cincinnati. Pastor will interview Mr. Greco during his message "Light the Fire Within." The olympic torch (a replica of the actual) will be on display.

 Businessmen's Luncheon.

Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at noon.

The lunch will feature, Dr. Tom Krueger, a Lebanon business owner. He will be speaking on the topic "God's Ways Work in Business." The lunch is free. Please r.s.v.p. to the church 24 hours in advance of the luncheon so we can know how many men will be attending. 513.494.1896.

21 Days Of Consecration

January 1-21, 2012

“consecrate”  -  “dedication to a sacred purpose; complete devotion to God.”

Objective: to give ourselves as God’s people to 21 days of consecration by public reading of the scriptures, public intercessory prayer meetings, corporate worship through the preaching and teaching of God’s Word, prayer and fasting, and individually reading through the New Testament.

Welcome to the Wagner Family

Sunday, September 4th

Join us this Sunday as we welcome Jeremy and April Wagner and their four beautiful daughters. Megan, Samantha, Kara , and little Emma. Jeremy and his family come to us from Southpoint, Ohio, where Jeremy served as Worship Pastor at Tri-State Worship Center. Before moving to Southpoint, Jeremy and April served at Chesterton, Indiana, Assembly of God, and Southlake Church of God in Hobart, Indiana.

Jeremy will lead praise and worship at Kings Point and oversee all the worship ministries of the church including the choir, multi-media, and praise & worship bands. Please keep Jeremy and April in your prayers as they lead our worship ministries at Kings Point.

Fall Harvest Celebration Day

Sunday, October 16th

We will have a harvest day celebration. At 5:00 pm we will go to the home of Arley & Marcia Jett. Everyone bring Hot Dogs, Buns and a side dish or desert to share. Make sure you bring something to roast your hot dogs on. The church will supply drinks and paper products. We will have our Corn Hole Tournament and a dodge ball game between the youth and the 20s and 30’s. It will be a great time of food, fellowship and fun. Come and “Do Life” with your Kings Point Family.

90th Anniversary

September 11th. William E.(Bill) Isaacs  the Administrative Bishop of the Church of God in Ohio will be our special speaker in the am service. Pastors Mary and Engel Roig and their  “Rock of Refuge” church will be ministering in the pm service.

Community Day Celebration

Saturday, April 16th

We will begin the day with a concert by "Them Bowmans" at 12:00 noon. They will be located at the back of the church on the parking lot. Then at 12:45 we will begin drawing for giveaways. 1st grade and under will be in the Sanctuary, 2nd thru 6th grade will be at the back of the Parking lot. You must turn in a registration form for a chance to win. Then at 1:00 pm we will begin a short presentation and instruction then proceed to our egg hunt. All groups are arranged by age and marked accordingly. If you have any questions please call the church office, 513-494-1896.

"Time To Save" Women's Network Meeting

Wednesday, February 23rd.

Come and enjoy free soup and deserts. Annette Ballard & Revalee Beavers will be sharing in a "Couponing 101 Class" as well as additional tips to save you money. This event takes place at Kings Point Church of God, in the Fellowship Hall at 6:45 pm. All ladies welcome and bring a friend.

Children's Christmas Play

Saturday December 11th at 7:00 pm & Sunday December 12th at 10:30 am.

Our Children’s Ministry grades 1-6 will present “The Present Is The Future” created by Katie Combs/Lillenas. And Children ages 2-Kindergarten will present “The Night Of Jesus’ Birth”. There will be free refreshments after the Saturday night service.

Wild Game Feast

Wednesday, December 1st at 6:30 pm.

Revival

Saturday, November 20th & Sunday, November 21st.

Evangelist Rick J. Lairsey of Easton, Maryland will be the guest speaker.Come hear the anointed message that will bring healing and help to the hurting, deliverance to those in bondage and strength to those that are struggling with life. There will be a time of prayer for healing and deliverance in each service. He will minister with a heart of compassion from the brokenness of his own life experiences. You will leave changed and challenged by the Biblical-centered message of Hope. Service times are, Saturday, November 20th at 6:00 pm and Sunday, November 21st at 10:40 am & 6:00 pm.

Join us for Friend Day.  We will have Downtown Martial Arts ministry team from Marion, Indiana with us as our special guest.

AWAKENING AMERICA SERVICES

Sunday September 5 through September 12th.

Join us Sunday, September 5th for a special day of prayer and message, remembering 9/11 and reflecting on America's spirtual condition.

Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm we will have a special Worship and prayer service here at Kings Point.

Sarturday, September 11, we will join other with Christians for Prayer at the County Courthouse at noon. Bring a lawn chair. If it rains we will have the service at Cornerstone Church of God.

Sunday September 12, We will again host a special Awakening America Day here at Kings Point. Our special guest speaker will be Brother Garry Amburgy.
