Missions

In 2010-2011, for every dollar that Kings Point received, eighteen per cent was given to Mission Ministries. Kings Point supports the following world mission ministries:

Pastor Humberto Valenzuela and his wife, Alicia, are presently planting a church in Santago, Chile. Kings Point has been sponsoring the church plant since 2009 and will continue to do so through 2012.

Kings Point's Missionary, Arlene Miller, is a missionary to South America. Kings Point proudly provides for Sister Miller's salary. Every first Sunday in June, Sister Miller ministers at Kings Point. Pledges and a offering are received for her ministry.

Kings Point also networks with other Ohio Churches of God to give $400,000 each year to two countries in South America. This year's countries are Bolivia and Paraguay. Monies given to these countries will plant churches, fund orphanages, and provide training and education for ministers.

In 2011-2012, Kings Point has adopted the Turks of Turkey as our UPG (Unreached People Group).  As a congregation, we have committed ourselves to intercede in prayer for the 51 million Turks who have not heard the gospel of Jesus Christ preached. We believe that through our prayers and those of other congregations, the Turks of Turkey will be evangelized and disciples will be made for Jesus Christ.

Kings Point also gives to plant churches throughout the United States and to plant churches in Ohio.

For more missions information, please contact us at (513) 494-1896.
